My Ta said ‘whose that slim Jim?’

There I was bending over my early morning work and my bottom facing upwards.

My teaching assistant walked in and couldn’t resist commenting. I was slim.

Slim 👏

Just think, I could have done nothing at the beginning of March. But I chose health. So step it, over 10,000 steps a day. Get walking. Stop eating too much mucus foods. Drink water. Try Arnold Ehret fasting. Love love ❤️❤️❤️
