Keep fit starts again ðŸ’ª

Tonight is keep fit. Night, at 4pm, in the school, we will start our socially distanced keep fit night. 45 minutes of circuits and working up a sweat.

Bring on the step, fasting and keep fit.

3lb loss last week, fat coming off, felt great in my jeans.

Come on… Let me get to 14 stone, then on. From there..

Who says a 56 year old woman can’t look fab and fit.

Not a big breakfast! Not if your fasting.
