“Have you had the jab?”

What! There I was returning home, in my block of twenty years. After a long day at work and 12, 000 steps later. I arrive home.

There are two lifts up to my 8th floor flat, and I alway ask any person waiting if they are happy to share the lift. But this man, an unmasked man, turned to me and basically said no jab, no lift.

That was a bit of a shock. I realised then the divide of the people had one more thing to separate us. The jab.

I took the next lift. 😁

I fasted from 6pm to 12pm the next day and it felt fine. I fell upon my lunch, ravenously but slowed myself into mindful chews.

Later, after the lift fiasco. I enjoyed my vegetable pie, eating no processed food and complementing it with some kinchi, my friend brought to accompany dinner.

This was on top of my pie. I got it from the farmers market. Delish 😚

I have to say, the pie was delicious. More pie, please.

Do I fast every day?

I educate, I watch films, I observe. I observed myself 'sitting at my computer' putting on the pounds. This is my journey to move more, lose weight and transform into a healthy, not scraping my feet on the ground sovereign being.
