Eat less! Really! πŸ˜•

Okay, so after my morning ablutions, I got the scales out. I feel slimmer. I certainly feel like I haven’t been over doing it.

My steps are good, 95,000 for the week. However, I know that I need to sweat more. My feet feel like the want to run. All this walking fast has got them ready for the next stage.

I did have a friend over for dinner, we did consume 2 vodka and tonics and a tequila shot😏.

Alcohol, Mmmm, maybe that’s my down fall. So you may have gathered my weight stayed the same. No loss.

I could cut the drinks. One a night and a couple at the weekend. I could eat less. I could get a sweat on.

Tbh I haven’t started the aerobic sessions yet. Maybe that would be a good thing to do in the evenings. As I am, now my daughter is working, getting bored in the evenings after work with the same old, same old. I never get bored.πŸ€”

So I need to switch it up.

I will ponder this over the weekend. I am doing a car boot sale tomorrow, selling my tat.
