83, 000 steps and it’s only Friday morning ☀️

Aiming for 90 000 steps a week. 10,000 a day to keep me fit and an extra 20,000 to take some fat off.

Weigh in on Saturday morning!

Glad it is Friday, busy as usual at work. Never enough time to do everything, so don’t stress, just do your best.

Teaching is relentless. I don’t mean that in a negative way. It’s just you can go on and on and on. Resource making, thinking, plotting, planning, printing, thinking. What to do about this child, that child these children.

How can I help them learn? How can I teach them to be independent, resourceful, and all the other wonderful qualities a good human can be.

I just got a new book. I have been wondering about morals. Most people don’t use religion to guide them. So this guy, Jorden Peterson on has written a book. The 12 rules of life.

You probably do this but the story around it is great.

Anyway, I got a copy and sent one to my 80 year old aunt. I trust her opinion, so let’s see what she thinks.

I’m on the first rule… Stand up straight with your shoulders back.

I knew this, many years ago I was having a full body massage with the Maoris. They had come to England especially to massage people. I was lucky to be in the know.

Anyway, whilst he was massaging me. A massage like no other. He said in broken English, “stand, stand tall, walk tall” so from that moment, about 28 years ago, I have.

Do it! Walk tall. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️✨

I educate, I watch films, I observe. I observed myself 'sitting at my computer' putting on the pounds. This is my journey to move more, lose weight and transform into a healthy, not scraping my feet on the ground sovereign being.
