To gain steps, it takes some walking… πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈβœ¨

It’s not just bing bang bong… The steps are done. As you may see from previous posts to ‘up your steps, to lose weight’ takes some effort.

Plus rather than just walking the local area. I find, having a destination helps.

That’s why walking to work has supported my 14,000 steps a day goal. Why else would I bother…

It’s not a quick fix. It’s an overall body workout that requires planning, but even though it takes some effort and time it works!

Weight does fall off, body starts to be strong, mental agility improves. Good thing!

As I said before, I want to add in some work out extras. I found an aerobics video I want to start doing and a morning stretch video.
