So I will definately up my alkaline foods but still allow myself coffee. This morning I started, before coffee, with a cup of warm water with fresh ginger grated in it.
Today, I am off to my hairdressers to get some high lights and a good cut. On route, keeping up the steps, I will pop into East Ham, to see where my great, great, grandparents lived and died, tragically. More to come on this.
