Zero steps to stepping it up!

My friend has just told me that she has lost 11lbs. Fabulous news and a great incentive to ‘pick up the pace’.

Yes she is walking more, even brought herself a pedometer, and taking care with her nutrition.

70/30 alkaline nutrition. Sounds like a plan. She recommends Natasha Corretts way.

So I will definately up my alkaline foods but still allow myself coffee. This morning I started, before coffee, with a cup of warm water with fresh ginger grated in it.

Today, I am off to my hairdressers to get some high lights and a good cut. On route, keeping up the steps, I will pop into East Ham, to see where my great, great, grandparents lived and died, tragically. More to come on this.

    I do lemon water first thing in the morning best way to alkalise then maybe a tea or coffee after (but not on this reset).
