Remember to be totally honest about what you eat…

As a treat after my dinner I have a small bowl of vegan ice cream and a dessert spoon of peanut butter.

I mix it around, Into a mushy mess. It’s delicious! I reckon about 200 calories.

Okay okay… So maybe as a vegan I’m not getting enough protein. I do snack on nuts every day.

Should I get some organic protein shakes?… I will investigate this…
