Oh no! I’ve put on a pound🤣

It’s hard enough losing weight. A slow cooker process. Now at weigh in I have put on a pound.

14 stone 7 lbs.

Target Weight 13 stone 7 lbs.

Will I ever get there? At this rate, having lost 9lbs in all. It looks like I could be at my target weight come end of April.

But I need to do more, I am walking more, steps are up. Eating less… But now I need to push myself. I need some aerobic workouts. Just two a week to begin.

April, I will add in two aerobic workouts a week. I need to jump up, spring up, sweat out and move more.

But, I am not running. The only way I will run is on grass land. I’m not running on concrete. Never ever.

Bring in the April spring up and move more.
