33,433 steps and it’s only Monday.

So this week I will have a bit of breakfast to see if that speeds up my, post menopause, metabolism.

A small portion of gluten free fruity museli with homemade oat milk.

Oat milk is sooooo easy to make:

6 handfuls of oats.

5 cups of water.

One handful of cashew nuts.

Blend.

Squeeze through Muslin cloth.

Put in glass jar, store in fridge. Lasts 4 days.

Yum!
