March 18th… I put on a pound… 14 stone 8lbs.

Horrified! Maybe it’s something to do with the fact I have only, to date, done 73,000 steps. 😔

Remember, the rule is 70 000 step in 7 days is the norm. To lose weight you need to, whilst not overeating, do 10,000 extra steps to lose a pound.

Oops! I have taken my eye off the ball. 👁️⚽.

I did see this poster on my walk and thought it was thought provoking and I shall see what the music is like.
