The pedometer

February 23rd… I googled, why when I am eating vegan and less. Why am I not losing weight. I have a target, trim and fit by summer.

Google signposted me to an article, can’t remember who or where. Just it told me some easily understandable facts.

To lose weight you must eat 1800 calories a day and move. Hmmmm… I know I have not being moving enough. Maybe that’s why I am not losing weight.

The article said that 10,000 steps is the daily average, but to lose weight you need to do an extra 10,000 steps a week. Then you will lose a pound. I can think of easier ways to lose a pound. Ha! I knew it but now I knew what and why. Now I had a target and March was the perfect time to start. I was going to march more.
